Unless there is an error, we do not offer refunds once your payment is complete.
Our courses are digital. The moment you enroll, everything is yours, every lesson, video, worksheet, and assessment. There’s no way to return that the way you’d return a physical product, so we’re not able to offer refunds once your payment is complete.
That said, things go wrong sometimes. If you can’t get into your course, you were charged twice, or something else on our end isn’t working, email us at [email protected]. We'll get you access, correct the charge, or refund you if we can't fix it.
Our ask is that if something looks wrong with a charge, email us before disputing it with your bank. We can almost always sort it out faster, and we're happy to work with you on a solution.
